An unspoiled expanse of 3,500 acres forms the backdrop for gatherings at northern Michigan’s renowned Garland Resort. In winter, corporate meetings and incentives enjoy 40 miles of groomed cross-country ski trails, snowmobiling, ice-skating, sledding, and horse-drawn sleigh rides. In summer, four championship golf courses take center stage, but fly-fishing, canoeing, mountain biking, hiking, and more provide something for everyone.

Views of the ski trails or fairways accompany business at the Garland Conference Center, where the largest room seats up to 130 and the smallest up to 18. For events with an outdoor atmosphere, the conference services team erects a tent hosting up to 200 people. Catering choices range from classic buffets with carving stations to theme banquets that celebrate the flavor of northern Michigan with local fresh-caught fish and game.
