We bought out this property for a client's 3-night incentive trip (125 couples). Although it's a 45-min drive from Puerta Vallarta, this gorgeous property had enough function space for us to host all three of our evening events on-site -- each one more beautiful and unexpected than the next! The executive chef was incredible -- not only was he generously open to collaborating with us, but he was very hands-on with all of our attendees, which they enjoyed very much. Overall experience was exceptional.

I have never had a better service experience. Without exception, the staff at the Four Seasons were pleasant, friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to offer service, even when not requested. The property is beautiful, the room accommodations were exceptional, the food was excellent, the spa was excellent - many great optional activities - fresh fruit and bottled water in our room every day. The service, however, was what put us over the top. Outstanding does not even come close.
