Our group just left the Four Seasons this past week and I can say that the guest experience was superb. I wish I could say the same about my experience. The hotel has recently experienced a large exodus of staff and I had a new Catering Director acting as my CSM and he really didn't...what's the best word - enhance...my program. However, the temporary banquet lead on loan from Miami was amazing! The staff was coming to the end of season and was working back-to-back-to-back programs and it was evident. One of my refreshment breaks was simply forgotten even though it was on the BEO.
Fortunately, my guests didn't see any of the missteps and they all had a great time. I wish I could say the same, but that's what our job is...to be that buffer in case anything does go wrong. Too bad it was mostly due to one individual...because there were some stellar staff.

The Hotel knew me by name within hours. Staff was friendly, accommodating, food outstanding, & sleeping accommodations were magnificent.
The hotel was located near the Grand Teton National Park and Jackson itself. This was a pre and post tour to the start of a luxury train thru the National Parks. Our passengers LOVED it.

I have worked executive protection details at this resort and as with other Four Seasons resorts, everything is perfect. The staff is courteous but not too familiar, the spa, restaurants & ski slopes next door are very inviting!
The security staff is professional and helpful and management provides an overall excellent setting.

Due to the size of our group, we took over the entire hotel and it felt like home to our guests. The staff was unbelievably attentive and responsive to each request. Guests and staff still talk about what a great venue this was.
