High tech meets with the heights of creativity at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley, a premier venue for corporate events in the North American capital of the computer industry. Just ten minutes from Stanford University in East Palo Alto, California,
the ten-story boutique-style property holds an extraordinary collection of modern art. The paintings, sculptures, mixed media, and more span a century and the world, including works by Joan Miró, Josef Albers, and Salvador Dalí, to name a few. The hotel offers a self-guided audio tour of the collection for download, or guests can borrow an iPod from the concierge with a tour preloaded.
The 173 guest rooms and 27 suites come with original art as well, along with floor-to-ceiling triple-paned windows, oversized marble bathrooms, deep-soaking tubs, glass-walled showers, roomy work desks, and the latest in communications and entertainment technology. The property also features stimulating artwork and state-of-the-art wiring and equipment in its five meeting rooms and two pre-event spaces.
Nearby attractions range from the Computer History Museum and Tech Museum of Innovation to the Pacific coastline, San Francisco, and the wineries of Northern California. Between work sessions, group members can unwind in the full-service spa or outdoor pool, dine on locally sourced Italian cuisine at Quattro, and raise a glass to art—or their own success—at the rooftop Liquid Lounge.
The hotel functions like a tranquil resort in the middle of bustling Silicon Valley. it's a mix of being highly professional, yet it has a very cozy, warm feeling about it.

This was a site visit. This hotel is located right next to the freeway, but you wouldn't know once inside. It's almost a little oasis of its own. This is not an exceptionally large property but it is definitely a place for mid sized groups. This is a newer hotel so the rooms are high tech and comfortable. Even the rooftop pool is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Silicon Valley. You can also take an iPod tour of the owners personal art collection throughout the hotel.
