This is a great hotel for all those who are interested in holding a meeting in Las Vegas without the "Las Vegas" feel but still be close enough to casinos without having to walk very far. Beautiful hotel with excellence service in all areas of the hotel.

The experience at the Four Seasons Las Vegas is always consistant and outstanding. The staff is empowered to do what it takes and is always willing to go the extra mile. The meeting spaces are flexible and the hotel is willing to work with planners to create a wonderful experience for everyone - guests and staff. Food is excellent, service is flawless. The private check in and entrance for guests is a nice feature in Las Vegas. In a hustling city, the Four Seasons is a quiet, calm oasis.

LAS VEGAS (Sept. 10, 2007) - - Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas introduces an innovative way to relax and recharge between meeting sessions with personalized Yoga Breaks, taught by certified yoga and Pilates instructors and designed especially for meeting attendees.

Offered by The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, Yoga Breaks consist of a 30-minute series of guided, modified yoga poses, sitting and standing breathing exercises, meditation and stretches that allow participants to re-energize between lengthy sessions. Instead of coffee and sugary snacks, the yoga breaks can be paired with healthy bites such as fresh fruit skewers, smoothies and natural juices.

Yoga Breaks are not only an opportunity for meeting goers to get out of their seats and get moving, but it allows planners to incorporate an overall health and wellness component that is lacking in most agendas, says Patrick Huey, spa director.

Meeting planners can work with spa staff to design a Yoga Break based on their groups individual needs. If time is a factor, for instance, mini-Yoga Breaks are available, offering a 15 to 20-minute series of similar exercises. Chair massages, ideal for longer, less formal breaks, are also available and allow meeting goers to receive 10-minute neck, back and shoulder massages.

Yoga instructors are also available for one-on-one sessions as well as specially designed classes for small groups or spouses either in-room or at the propertys tranquil Fountain Terrace patio area, near the pool.
