One of the largest thatched huts in the Americas sets off the upscale pueblo style at Fiesta American Condesa Cancún All Inclusive. The soaring triple-tiered palapa ushers groups of up to 1,900 delegates into a marble-floored reception area ringed with temptations, including a multilevel rattan bar, and a restaurant serving Yucatecan fare.

The resort practices four-diamond hospitality on Cancún's narrow strip of beachfront between Nichupté Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea. Its buildings view the surrounding waters while embracing the waterfall, and swim-up bar of a magnificent bilevel pool. With the beach and water just steps away, the accommodations rise in three horseshoe-shaped wings around open-air atriums.

A clean, contemporary look in the guest rooms extends to the meeting spaces: four conference rooms and two large, flexible ballrooms. Generous terraces and a dedicated convention staff provide everything needed for meetings, trade shows, and themed events of every size and purpose.

Even the most dedicated business groups take time out for pleasure in Cancún. The Caribbean waters invite guests out for swimming and snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, and more. Golfers appreciate proximity to Cancún's 18-hole Robert Trent Jones, Jr., golf course. Fitness seekers work out at the health club, beauty seekers visit the resort's ultramodern Miiluma spa, and explorers find endless fascination in the region's jungles, eco-parks, and ancient Mayan temples.

I had an incentive program at this property a while back and had the chance to visit very recently. I was very, very impressed with all the new changes since the property was refurbished and now that it's an all-inclusive it's even better for groups of all sizes.

I love the Condesa. It is a great all-inclusive resort. I have used this hotel for two different incentive groups. This hotel is good value for your dollar.

They offer good customer service. The hotel is very clean and safe. They do need to up-grade their fitness room. The fitness room is very small.
