Esencia distills the pleasures of Mexico's Riviera Maya along a two-mile stretch of Caribbean beach and sea. The Main House holds a conference room for up to 30 people and nine accommodations with features such as separate his-and-hers bathrooms, plunge pools, and sea-view terraces. Outside, ten Garden Suites furnish plunge pools as well, while two freestanding houses add gourmet kitchens and state-of-the-art media rooms.
