Excellent large meeting and break out space is available. Open and quiet atmosphere offers numerous options for team-building activities including golf. Food is wonderful and ground transportation is available 24 hours daily from Chicago airports. Sales Managers and staff are top professionals and attention to every detail exceeds expectations. My Division President chooses Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa in Galena, Illinois for his yearly strategic meetings over Hyatt and Westin facilities.

Our group has held its Annual Conference at Eagle Ridge each of the last eight or so years that I have served as Secretariat, and many many years before. Each year we are very satisfied with the meeting arrangements; catering; accommodations; etc. It's one of the things that keeps us coming back year after year.

The entire facility is beautiful and the entire staff -- from the sales department, to the catering department, to the housekeeping staff, to the banquet staff, to the maintenance staff, to the a/v staff -- everyone is professional, helpful and pleasant.

They all bend over backwards to accommodate our needs and make sure that everyone's stay and conference experience is the best.

As a Meeting Planner I would like to nominate Eagle Ridge. I recently coordinated a meeting for our top executives and booked their 5-bedroom/5-full-bath villas. My executives LOVED the relaxed atmosphere. They held meetings in the villas and at the Lodge and experienced excellent service and a \"can do\" attitude from my Express Sales Manager, Katie Graham, who even checked on my group during their stay. She made my job easy. The group really enjoyed the chef who cooked steaks at the villa (excellent
food) which was a nice change from booking a restaurant. The food, golf, service, and our entire experience made for a superior meeting and my top managers were VERY happy. Thanks again and we'll be calling you again soon.
