Dolce Hayes Mansion

The Dolce Hayes Mansion centers the historic palm-studded estate of Mary Folsom Hayes Chynoweth, matriarch of one of the West's most powerful pioneer families. Built in San Jose, California, in 1905, the three-story landmark reflects the passion for Mediterranean-style grandeur among wealthy Californians at the time. Today's mansion still boasts polished marble and exotic woods, leaded-glass windows and skylights, and ornately tiled fireplaces—but also 214 deluxe guest rooms and suites, a swimming pool, spa and fitness center, and 36,000 square feet of IACC-certified meeting space
under management by Dolce Hotels and Resorts.

Guests can meet for cocktails and casual dining in a parlor environment at the President's Lounge & Outdoor Patio or for sophisticated New American cuisine at Orlo's Restaurant, accented by the marble hallway, stained-glass ceiling, and burnished wood of the Hayes family dining room. The Silver Creek Dining Room, a 170-seat restaurant designed for conference delegates, offers buffet and a la carte dishes for breakfast and lunch, a legendary Sunday champagne brunch, and ten-day rotational cycle menus for groups requesting breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Guests can also meet within 23 state-of-the-art conference rooms, including a ballroom holding banquets for up to 500 people.
