A bit of a nightmare finding the correct person to connect with and receiving a return phone call. Too many cooks in the kitchen and no one person took responsbility for our program. Overall not very accommodating. Roadblocks everywhere. I found the Disney Hotels, particularly in Orlando, difficult to work with.
