Having regained its status as the “it” spot for young Hollywood following a three-year, $16 million renovation, The Colony Palms Hotel remains the Moroccan-inspired oasis to see and be seen in Palm Springs. Playfully designed by Martyn Lawrence-Bullard, these 56 guest rooms and suites echo vintage élan, from the leather club chairs and Turkish headboards to the fireplaces and claw-foot bathtubs in select rooms. What The Colony Palms lacks in conventional corporate event space, it makes up for with a variety of appealing venues for business meetings that seat 60 indoors and 200 outdoors. Especially popular, the eight striped poolside cabanas provide a memorable setting for work or play.
