After a client makes the suggestion, the sales staff meets with their Chef de Cuisine to make sure that all of the additional food pairs nicely with the suggested entrée.

The Canterbury has six different banquet rooms available that can seat as few as ten or as many as 110. The Library and the Boardroom are great locations for business meetings and can accommodate up to ten people, leaving enough room for a beverage station or small buffet area. The Conference room and the Lockerbie room are the two largest rooms and are the perfect rooms to host larger business meetings, receptions, banquets and more. These two rooms are capable of catering a buffet style dinner or sit down dinner. The Atrium and the Parlor are two semi private rooms that are great for cocktail receptions or \ small dinner parties of up to 20 guests. Buffet and sit down style meals are available for both of these rooms as well.
