Fresh from a $100 million makeover, Florida’s legendary Boca Raton Resort & Club offers 1,043 guest rooms and 146,000 square feet of event space in its newly renovated Great Hall Convention Center, new Mizner Center, and sites at the Tower and historic Cloister.
Everything from state-of-the-art boardrooms and ballrooms to sprawling lawns and intimate courtyards host virtually any type of business gathering, whether for a half dozen executives or for 2,000 conference participants.
Seventeen restaurant and entertainment options contribute multiple dine–around opportunities—rivaled only by the limitless choices for theme parties and banquets. Team building, incentive rewards, spouse programs, and other activities draw from a vast choice of recreational facilities—starting with two golf courses and 30 tennis courts, a luxury spa, a half mile of private beach, and a full-service marina.

Our initial contract reserved all the rooms in the beach club area. Our group size grew and we had to place some of the group in the towers. The property worked with us to meet all attendees need. The hotel suggested we rent the yacht for one of our night activites. The yacht with a disk jockey was the highlight of the trip. I understand the hotel has done some remodeling and has added new features. I would sponsor ANOTHER GROUP AT THE PROPERTY.

This is an AWESOME property! The conference space is flexible and seperated from the rest of the resort. We did an executive conference there for about 700 people and used both the Resort and Beach Club. We did have a few challenges:
- the conference staff did not seem to step up (i.e. - they were not refreshing the breakout session rooms)
- when we negotiated the contract, we wanted a little bit more space and they were unwilling to give us all the space we wanted (of course, they wanted it so they could bring a smaller group in)
The resort is beautiful and the space is wonderful. Not only did we love it, our attendee's loved it to!!!!

The hotel is beautiful, located in a very desirable area. The hotel staff is international, and at times, this makes it difficult to communicate the needs of a group in-house. Otherwise, if you know upfront you have to make an extra effort with the staff communications, its a great place to hold a meeting. A post-meeting survey of my attendees noted the staff could at times be unhelpful with requests.

Lovely hotel but very divided depending on where you stay in the hotel.
Main area of hotel okay, but Yacht Club and Tower very very nice.
Nice selection of restaurants on property but very pricey and gourmet.
Meeting Space in the Mizner area one of the best.

Our group used the Beach Club as our headquarters and meeting space. It was perfect for our needs to have a smaller, self-contained property that still gave us all the benefits of a large resort. Sales staff, conference services and catering staff were great to work with and the food was superb.

I went to this event with another incentive company , and have to say that the entire experience was Awesome, from the meet and greet service upon arrival, being escorted to your room, and the staff was most attentive to all and any needs the entire stay.

Had a great meeting here, but I could never take my group back there as it was expensive to eat on property. I furnish meals for everyone that attends this meeting while the meeting is taking place, but if they arrive before the meeting, I had my users complain a lot about the cost of their services. I got a great hotel rate of $199, but that doesn't do any good if they can't afford to do anything on property.

This property was in need of a remodel. The guest rooms were small and dark. The conference staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful golf course and we were able to hold a party on the beach with Kool and the Gang.

The property was beautiful! Weather was beautiful in January. The meeting rooms were not optimal as they were scattered around the property, and the
staff were not as friendly and helpful as I expect them to be.
