Eight life-size bronze rock climbers scale a 50-foot high wall in the reception area of Beaver Creek Lodge. Elements of inspiration underlie everything at the chic all-suite hotel, from the art to the 72 upscale accommodations to views of the Vail Mountain Valley, one of the most challenging ski slopes in the Colorado Rockies.
Fresh seafood, chicken, and steaks at Rocks Modern Grill reward productive days, whether spent at work in the nearly 6,000 square feet of event space, on the ski slopes, or at Beaver Creek's championship golf course. Diners gather indoors or out on a deck warmed by fire pits.
The adjoining Blue Spruce Room hosts meetings for up to 150 participants, while the Executive Boardroom accommodates 10 and the Larkspur, Juniper, and Aspen Rooms hold up to 90 each. Extraordinary achievements may call for celebration in the Kessler Wine Room, where up to 14 guests feast on custom menus between a stunning view of Vail Valley and a wall of award-winning wines.
Groups larger than 14 may book the entire restaurant for banquets. In fact, they can take over all of Beaver Creek Lodge, which includes luxury condos for rent, a deli for meals on the go, an outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, sauna and steam room, attended ski valet, and service as inviting as all outdoors.
