  • Only qualified meeting professionals are allowed to attend, each meeting our strict
    standards of past booking patterns and future location needs
  • Rate includes two nights’ accommodations, booth, event-related food and beverages,
    and ground transportation for one attendee
  • Space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Only properties that participate in an Elite Meetings marketing program are eligible
    to attend
