Using EliteMeetings.com's advanced search engine, find the properties that match your event needs.

To add a property to your RFP tray, simply click the button. Once you select all of the properties you wish to send the RFP to just click to be instantly directed to the SpeedRFP form.

Your RFP Tray follows you throughout the search process and contains all of the properties you've added. Remove properties from the tray by clicking .

On the SpeedRFP form, you can enter new event details or select a previously saved SpeedRFP—even those created on another SpeedRFP-enabled Web site.

Once you've entered your event details, just click and it's off to the races! The RFP will be sent to all of the properties selected for your event.

With SpeedRFP you will receive email notifications when properties respond. On your SpeedRFP dashboard you can then compare proposals side-by-side, negotiate, send to a GSO and award your event business all from one location. And once business has been awarded, SpeedRFP will automatically notify the other properties for you.
